Objective of the sports and relaxing massage workshop:
By practicing quickly after an introductory massage class, you are better able to retain the information and skills learned, allowing you to put them into practice effectively. By massaging regularly, you can develop advanced skills and techniques, to offer massages tailored to specific needs.
By learning the differences between massage techniques, you will understand the advantages and benefits of each type of massage. For example, so-called “Swedish” massage is a type of massage that is often used for relaxation and stress relief, while sports massage is used to help reduce soreness and improve recovery after strenuous physical activity.
By learning how to choose the right massage oil, you will be able to create a more enjoyable and beneficial massage experience. Choosing the right oil will help improve the fluidity of the massage, as well as provide additional benefits for the skin.
The “Introduction to Massages” workshop can be a revelation for some people, increasing their knowledge and understanding of the human body, as well as allowing them to offer relaxing and sports massages to their close entourage. It can also be a great opportunity for those looking to develop professional skills in the field of wellness and health.
