New equipment and accessories are guaranteed for 2 years against any manufacturing defect, unless otherwise specified by item.
The invoice from Swissmassage Sàrl is a guarantee certificate.
Defects or deterioration caused by abnormal use, improper unpacking (cutter, knife, etc.) or by natural wear and tear are excluded from the warranty.
Cleaning or disinfection with products not recommended by Swissmassage will result in the exclusion of the warranty in the event of deterioration of the equipment.
The recommended cleaning products are the Cuirnet-Cleaner.
Ownership: The delivered goods remain the property of Swissmassage GmbH until the payment of the invoice has been fully executed.
In the event of a dispute, the costs of any returns are the responsibility of the customer.
No returns will be accepted without the prior agreement of Swissmassage Sàrl.
In order to preserve your rights, precise reservations must be made on the delivery note if the equipment is damaged or the packaging sufficiently deteriorated to give rise to fear of a major shock.
Correct finding: Delivery report – damaged packaging (photo if available), perforated massage table cushion (photo if available). Reserve after complete control of the table. Witness – The driver, Mr. XXX. Date.
If no reservations are made at the time of acceptance, you automatically release the delivery person from any liability. The warranty does not take into account transport damage that is the responsibility of the carrier, but only manufacturing defects.
When checking the equipment, in case of a problem reported to the carrier, also notify our services within 24 hours by phone and confirm by mail. If this procedure is not followed, the failure to transport will not apply and any dispute will be borne by the customer.
Any returns of goods must be reported in advance for approval to Swissmassage.
Body equipment, as well as custom-made equipment or equipment specially ordered at the customer’s request, cannot be returned or exchanged.
Treatment tables must be protected by fitted sheets with sufficient thickness so that they do not come into contact with care products, massage oils, cleaning products not certified by Swissmassage, direct contact with the skin of patients must be avoided, they must be sufficiently protected so that they are not heated by the use of electric blankets, the latter must heat the patients’ bodies and not the treatment tables.
We offer you the opportunity to come and test the equipment at our showroom in order to advise you and consolidate your choice by avoiding purchase errors. We receive by appointment on working days during office hours.
In the event of an error in the choice of equipment, Swissmassage takes sole position on the possibility of possible exchange.
In the event of acceptance of replacement of the item with another or return of the same, the shipping or travel costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Swissmassage may cancel your order at any time and refund your invoice without having to give any reason.
